The Studio
House of Pemberley is an emerging interior design studio founded by creative director Nupur Tandon in 2019, registered under the trading name ‘Pemberley Design Ltd’
Nupur, a stalwart in the realm of interior design, brings forth an unparalleled expertise forged through collaborations with premier design studios handling properties commanding up to £250 million. Her illustrious journey is steeped in a legacy of two generations deeply entrenched in the domain of furniture manufacturing, with a specialisation in classic furniture—a lineage that instilled in her an innate appreciation for craftsmanship and artisanal techniques.
Her design studio built on her experience of nearly 25 years in the interior design world, including 10 years in the UK and 15 years working internationally on a range of high-end residential and mixed-use projects.

How does a consultation works?
Our Creative Director consultations happen over Microsoft teams or Zoom. Easy, convenient, and designed entirely around you. Before your scheduled session, we’ll send you a link via email to join the video call. When you hop on, you’ll be greeted by your designer, ready to dive in. You can show us your space live on video or screen-share any photos, floor plans, or inspiration you’ve gathered. There’s no rigid format, this is your time. Whether you need help with layout decisions, colour palettes, finishes, or just want a sounding board for your ideas, we’ll tailor the session to suit your style and what you’re looking for.
How should I get ready for my consultation?
How much you prepare really depends on what you want to get out of the consultation. Usually, we recommend putting together a simple collection of photos of the spaces you want help with, along with any questions you have. Some clients also like to include inspiration images, potential furniture or decor options, floor plans, or sketches, whatever helps give us a clearer picture of your vision.
What’s the easiest way to show my space to the designer?
You can easily show your space during the consultation by simply turning on your camera and giving us a live video tour. If it’s easier, you can also share photos, floor plans, or any other visuals by using Zoom’s screen-share feature. Whatever works best for you, we’re here to make the process smooth and enjoyable!
How much can we cover in a single consultation?
The amount we can accomplish really depends on your goals and the scope of your project. Some clients find that a single consultation helps them clarify big-picture ideas and get clear direction, while others use the time to tackle specific challenges or questions. Either way, the session is focused entirely on what matters most to you, so you’ll walk away with valuable insights and actionable next steps. Since our Creative Director design rooms every day, they quickly tune into your style and offer thoughtful, practical advice that really helps.
How do I book a consultation and join the video call?
Booking your consultation is easy! Just reach out to us to pick a date and time that works for you. Before your session, we’ll send you a link via email to join the Zoom video call. When it’s time, simply click the link to hop on the call, and your designer will be ready to connect and get started.
What happens after the consultation?
After your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored summary outlining the key recommendations discussed during our call. If your E-Design package includes additional deliverables : such as mood boards, layout suggestions, or curated shopping links : these will be shared with you via email within 5 business days. This follow-up is designed to give you clear, actionable guidance to move forward confidently with your space.
Can I upgrade to a full-service project later?
Absolutely. If you find that you’d like more hands-on support after your E-Design experience, we’re happy to explore a full-service or turnkey design package with you. Just reach out, and we can discuss the next steps to elevate your project into a more comprehensive design journey with House of Pemberley.

We aim to offer new clients an initial consultation within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on availability.
