Small Boxable Items under 10kg. UK £25
Shipping via White Glove Delivery Service
Medium to Large Items.

House of Pemberley: Our Shop cannot take responsibility for any damages and or breakages during delivery. We will wrap and protect all items to the best of our ability, should any damages occur in transit, please contact the delivery provider quoting your tracking number. If you have any queries on delivery, please do get in touch by e-mail at info@houseofpemberley.uk.
Returns
Please note that Made by House of Pemberley furniture & lighting, special orders, items that have been assembled or made-to-order items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. For any defects or damages, returns are encouraged by contacting us by email within 24 hours of receipt. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any, and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.
Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish, providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order with us.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply to made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For furniture and lighting items that are bespoke, and, if having placed an order you wish to cancel it, if this is outside 7 days we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order. This applies to the cancellation of orders before delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately, we do not offer a cancellation service.
